Let's keep it simple & stylish! By purchasing anything at Dreamdresses (in-store or online), you agree to these terms and conditions. Ready? ✨
📦 Returns (for online orders only).
🔁 You may return within 14 days.
📦 Please make sure your item is unworn, clean and neat in its original packaging.
📲 App us your order number, and you will receive a return label.
💶 We will refund you through your payment method, minus a €25 service fee.
💡 Refund = within 14 days of receipt of your return.
🛍️ Exchange (purchased online? may also be purchased in store)
✅ Come to our store and exchange your dress - for free!
📏 Only if we have your size or model in stock.
👜 Bring your item clean and tidy.
🏬 Bought in the store?
❌ Then exchange or money back is not possible.
🤔 Having doubts? Take photos or reserve your dress with €50 deposit. Do you cancel? Then we'll keep the deposit.
⚠️ Damage & too small size
😬 Dress torn due to too tight fitting or wrong size? → Does not fall under warranty.
👗 Dresses are fragile! Be careful with zippers, nails and tension on the fabric.
📍 Does something break after purchase, without you being able to do anything about it?
✔️ We then offer free repair
✔️ Can't do that? Then get a replacement dress (if there is one)
🙅♀️ Don't want a repair or replacement? Then you get a credit note - no money back
🧾 Voucher = valid for 1 year
🚫 What we don't do
- No money back on store purchase
- No warranty for misuse or size selection
- No liability for washing, wear or allergies
