Yes you can! The order is not non-binding and we ask for a deposit for this.

📌 Why do we require a deposit?
✔️ Because your dress will be specially ordered - just for you.
✔️ We cannot cancel it .

🎯 THESE ARE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1️⃣ Ordering = Deposit
💸 Without a deposit, the dress will not be ordered.

2️⃣ No good = No refund
🚫 Specially ordered dresses cannot be exchanged or canceled.
So: no refund of the deposit.

3️⃣ Delivered late?
⏳ We do our best!
📬 Delay? We find a solution together.

4️⃣ Not in on time?
📆 Dress must be in no later than 2 weeks before your wear date.
❗ Failed to do so? Then you may cancel the order
💸 You will be refunded your deposit.

During the week right on the morning or from about 2 p.m. onward. On weekends and school vacations it is busy, very busy! So take as few people as possible and realize that it can be a very fun but long day :) So take some time out !

Sure you can bring people! 💃 But hey...

Prepare them that it may take a while ⏳
Otherwise, you might feel rushed or
be persuaded by that one strong opinion 😅 (which is not actually yours...)

  • Get your bearings on what kind of dress you are looking for. Check out our website, Facebook or Instagram.
  • Measure your size at home.
  • Bring fitting shoes and clips if necessary. With clips or pegs you can easily make the dress optically smaller. A dress never fits immediately. With clips you can still get a good idea of the final result.
  • Bring invisible underwear or corrective shorts. If you don't have that, (high) (correction) tights are a good alternative (currently we don't have fitting models of these, we do sell these).
  • Bring a strapless bra (currently we do not have fitting models of this, we do sell this).

We do not alter the dresses ourselves. However, we can refer you to good, affordable companies in the area that can alter your dress.

If you have a complaint about your dress we will try to repair the dress and if this is not possible you will get a new dress. We do not give refunds. Please let us know in time if something appears to be wrong, so we have time to resolve it to your satisfaction.

In our store, you may try on extensive and unlimited items. So you have the opportunity to make the right choice. After purchase, the dress cannot be exchanged or returned. 

Making an appointment is not necessary. You are welcome to stop by during our business hours.
